b9apk Frequently Asked Questions

Visit b9apk and click the Register button. Fill in your full name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Choose a strong password, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and confirm you are 21 or older. Your account is created instantly and you can make your first deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa straight away.

b9apk requires a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) as the primary identity document. You may also submit a passport. In some cases a recent utility bill or bank statement may be requested as proof of address. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and typically completes within 24 hours of submission.

The minimum age to register and play on b9apk is 21 years. This applies to all players regardless of location. Age is verified during KYC through CNIC or passport documentation. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 is permanently closed and any deposited funds are refunded where traceable.

On the b9apk Login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address or mobile number. A password reset link or OTP will be sent to you. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact b9apk support via live chat.

No. b9apk strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

To permanently close your b9apk account, contact the support team via 24/7 live chat and submit a closure request. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is closed. Note that account closure is different from self-exclusion — if you are closing due to a gambling concern, self-exclusion may be the more appropriate option.

Log in to b9apk and go to the Cashier or Deposit section. Select JazzCash as your payment method, enter the amount you wish to deposit in PKR, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction via your JazzCash mobile wallet. JazzCash deposits on b9apk are processed instantly with no fees charged by the platform.

Yes, EasyPaisa is a fully supported deposit and withdrawal method on b9apk. The process is the same as JazzCash — go to the Cashier, select EasyPaisa, enter your amount in PKR, and authorise the payment through your EasyPaisa wallet. Deposits are credited instantly and there are no platform-side fees for using EasyPaisa.

The minimum deposit on b9apk is PKR 500 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. For bank transfers through HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank, the minimum deposit may be higher — typically PKR 1,000 or more depending on the bank. Check the current limits in the Cashier section of your b9apk account as these may be updated periodically.

JazzCash withdrawals on b9apk are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours after approval by the payments team, provided your KYC verification is complete. During peak periods or public holidays, processing may take up to 24 hours. EasyPaisa withdrawals follow the same timeline. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or Meezan generally take 1 to 3 business days.

b9apk does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan) may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. Withdrawals that do not meet the minimum threshold may be held until the balance reaches the required amount.

Common reasons for a delayed b9apk withdrawal include incomplete KYC verification, unmet wagering requirements on an active bonus, a pending security review, or a technical issue with your payment provider. Log in to your account and check the withdrawal status in the Cashier section. If the issue is not clear, contact b9apk support via live chat and they will investigate promptly.

b9apk offers a welcome bonus for new registrations. The exact terms — including the match percentage, maximum bonus amount in PKR, and eligible games — are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Always read the full bonus terms before claiming.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) specifies how many times you must bet the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place PKR 20,000 in total bets before you can cash out. Wagering requirements vary by promotion — always check the specific terms for each b9apk bonus offer.

Yes, most b9apk bonuses have an expiry period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to your account. If wagering requirements are not completed before the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited. The exact expiry window for each promotion is stated in its individual terms and conditions on the b9apk promotions page.

Log in to your b9apk account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits in PKR.
