b9apk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Prior to processing any withdrawal, b9apk may require the Player to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of residential address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Withdrawal requests submitted to b9apk are typically processed within one to five (1–5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. b9apk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
b9apk accounts must not be used as a mechanism for transferring funds between players or for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity. Deposits made with fraudulent, stolen, or disputed payment methods will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
b9apk does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on your registered b9apk account must match the name on your payment instrument. Mismatches may delay or prevent withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a b9apk account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for completion will be specified in the individual promotion terms. b9apk operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; exploiting low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intention; using group coordination to exploit bonus structures; and providing false information to qualify for an offer. Where bonus abuse is detected, b9apk reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close the offending account permanently.
b9apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not retroactively alter the terms applicable to a bonus already credited to a Player's account.
All bets and wagers placed on b9apk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the subject matter of that conflict.
Sports betting markets on b9apk — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and kabaddi — are subject to b9apk's Sports Betting Rules. Odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference issued, the odds at that moment are fixed unless the event is subsequently declared void. b9apk reserves the right to void bets where a market has been offered or settled in error.
All casino games on b9apk use independently certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment monitored by independent oversight. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed within the game information panel. b9apk does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any individual gaming session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity issue affecting a game or bet on b9apk, the platform reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a software or pricing error are not considered valid and will not be paid out.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b9apk platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9apk's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Personal data collected by b9apk — including name, CNIC details, contact information, and financial transaction records — is used solely for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improvement of the b9apk service. b9apk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9apk holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.
Prior to commencing any formal dispute resolution process, Players must first attempt to resolve the issue through b9apk's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support via live chat. b9apk will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
